Top Travel essentials that You Need for a Perfect Beach Holiday

Turner Travel Job Tips

Summers is the perfect time to plan fun beach holidays at picturesque tropical locations. There is nothing more exhilarating than taking a dip around breathtaking tropical reefs and strolling along the pristine shores. However, a holiday will not be a holiday in its true sense if you do not travel with the right essentials. Having appropriate travel essentials not only help you relax and enjoy your journey but also enhances your overall travel experience. What you take along on your journey should be a matter of utility, convenience, cost, and style. Here are some of the key travel essentials that must be in your luggage when you are going for a beach holiday.

Backpack

Ideally, just do away with those bulky suitcases and trolley bags and stick to backpacks. Backpacks are not only super trendy and stylish, but they are also easy to carry around especially if you plan to travel by boats and ferries. It is a real hassle to drag those trolleys on sand and docks. Travel light with key essentials such as swimsuits, a few t-shirts, shorts, a pair of jeans and maybe a cocktail dress if you are planning something formal.

Tote Bag

Of course, no one wants to carry their entire luggage, even if it is a backpack, whenever they are on the move. You would want to have something light and handy when you are strolling the beach or the street markets. Since beaches majorly revolve around sand and water, it is not wise to take your expensive Prada or Burberry along. A smarter choice would be a tote, preferably burlap bags to carry on your daily outings. These totes are evergreen bags that look super stylish and are very inexpensive. The best part is that you do not have to worry if they get messed up or get dirty. Basic laundry detergent is more than enough to wash it and it will be ready for reuse.

Sunglasses

Having a pair of sunglasses is a no brainer. You do need the right protection for your eyes. Moreover, these are not only meant to protect your eyes but are an essential fashion accessory. Avoid randomly picking up any mediocre pair of cheap sunglasses. It is recommended that you invest in a good brand, a Ray-Ban at least and make sure the frame suits your facial shape.

Toiletries

Although most resorts do provide complimentary toiletries, if you have sensitive hair and skin issues, it is recommended that you take your stash of products that you use regularly. It is annoying to deal with acne breakouts, skin allergies, and scalp issues while you are on the go.

Vanity

Even if you are in love with makeup, avoid the urge to take your entire vanity kit along with you. Invest in travel-sized articles and try sticking to chic no-makeup looks. A good moisturizer, micellar water, primer, tints, mascara and eyeliner along with a few lip glosses are all that you need for your perfect Instagram pictures. Of course, do not forget your sunscreen to avoid sunburn.
